Boston Celtics dancer Morgan Laskey teamed up with Go Pro Workouts to give you inside access to the 8-week strength and conditioning plan she uses to prepare for the grueling NBA season. The workouts encompassed far more that just ballet moves - swimming, cross-training, endurance work and resistance work. ![]() The workouts were killers - eight hours per day and six days per week.
